Your statement PDF

When you upload a statement, the PDF is stored only long enough to read it. It is deleted as soon as extraction finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. We never connect to your bank and never ask for bank credentials.

What we keep

• The transaction rows extracted from your statement (date, description, amount, running balance, check number), the bank name, the last four digits of the account and the statement period — so you can review, correct and export them.
• Your account email and name, and your subscription status.

Deleting a statement in the app permanently removes its rows.

Who processes data for us

• Clerk — sign-in and account management.
• Convex — the database and file storage that hold your rows while you use them.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — reads the PDF to extract transactions.
• Dodo Payments — checkout and billing as merchant of record. We never see your card details.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or use your statements for advertising.
• We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on this website.
