Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro anytime from Billing in the app. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

• If TieOut didn't work for you, email support@tieout.fyi within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full.
• After 14 days, charges aren't refundable, but you can still cancel to stop future charges.
• Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Free plan

The Free plan has no charges, so there's nothing to refund.
